A new take on the standard-issue hard hat. This light and comfortable, short peak hard hat is compact featuring an unvented ABS shell, textile comfort harness 6 points and wheel ratchet adjustment, size 52-63cm. Improved technical sweatband and 4 points chin strap (Y style) with soft rubber chin protector included. Compatible with most hard hat hearing protection and visor accessories.
Front surface is perfect for mounting headlamps. PRO TIP: Use a small strip of 3M VHB tap to mount most headlamps to the front, or add a 2"x3" section of Velcro for attaching a variety of accessories or patches.
Personalize with a custom decal to enhance with your name, call sign, and/or affiliation.
ANSI rating: ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E.

This helmet is the most comfortable versatile and visible Helmet that I have seen in forever for cert volunteers. It matches with our high viz. Yellow vests and jackets. The chin strap is very comfortable and you can personalize it, which is just wonderful. So you don't get them mixed up with your buddies. You can also get accessories like advisor you can attach your headlamp or a small flashlight on it. If you've been a volunteer with cert long enough, then you know, they usually give us green helmets, which are just fine. They actually work for what they were made for but they're not very stylish. And I like the way this model is kind of like the bike helmets.
I would recommend this to any of my cert buddies or even my friends who ride bikes on the roads.
This is an great helmet. I find it well contructed and easy to adjust the fit. Also find the reflective stripes a big plus! Have recommended it to fellow CERT memebers.
The helmet and specialized stickers arrived promptly. It fits well and is very comfortable.
Nice helmet, I like the suspension. The only thing I would improve is to make an easier way to mount a headlamp to the helmet. I would also like to find a place that sells all the devices that I can attach to the mounting holes on the shell.
